Jack Johnson

Hawaiian native Jack Johnson is well known for his smooth vocals and laid back acoustic style but sees himself firstly a surfer, then a musician.

But he is also a philanthropist, with a couple of non-profit public charities, and dedicates much of his time to raising awareness about pollution in the ocean.

After a 4-year break he’s back with his 7th studio album, And The Light Above It Too, and despite his usually breezy, laid-back sound, he still feels it’s important to include social and political commentary in music.
