ODEMM: Options for Delivering Ecosystem-Based Marine Management

Lynchpin received the following request from a researcher involved with this ODEMM project:

I am a research assistant in Edinburgh, Scotland, and I am involved in a small piece of research that I am hoping you might be able to help me with.

Some colleagues and I are trying to collect some of the first ever evidence on how artists (of all types) are affected by changes to the health of marine ecosystems. To this end, we have put a short survey together online, and have been attempting to disseminate the link in a variety of spaces to try and capture the opinions of a range of artists.

While the overall ODEMM project is Europe-based, the issue of art-science-ocean-inspiration, however, came up as an area that has really been underexplored in the context of these kinds of projects, and so we decided to try and see what kinds of responses we could get from all over the world.

Would you consider putting the survey link  on your blog, and a small blurb encouraging all your followers to take this survey?  I would anticipate that the people who come across your site would have a wide range of experiences to draw from, and therefore could contribute significantly to our survey.

The link is here: https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/ocean-inspirations-survey. All survey responses are anonymous, data protected, etc., as is standard in academic research survey.
